**Hizego App Terms and Conditions**
Welcome to Hizego! By using our food delivery app ("Hizego App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please review them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Hizego App.

- Payments must be made through the Hizego App using an approved payment method.
- All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided unless required by law.

- Hizego aims to deliver orders within the estimated delivery times; however, delivery times are not guaranteed.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate and accessible.
- Hizego is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

- Hizego's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Hizego App shall not exceed the amount you paid to Hizego in the 12 months preceding the claim.
### 11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hizego, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Hizego App or violation of these Terms.
### 12. Changes to Terms
Hizego reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Hizego App. Your continued use of the Hizego App after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
### 13. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Hizego App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
