Welcome to Hizego! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By downloading, installing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Hizego provides an online platform for customers to order food from registered restaurants/vendors.
Restaurants/vendors manage their menus, prices, and deliveries.
Hizego acts as a technology provider and is not responsible for the quality, taste, or preparation of food.
You must create an account to place or accept orders.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activity under your account will be deemed your responsibility.
Orders once placed cannot be canceled after confirmation by the vendor.
Payments can be made via online methods or Cash on Delivery (COD), as available.
For online payments, Hizego will collect the amount and transfer it to vendors as per the settlement policy.
Vendors are responsible for food quality, packaging, and timely delivery.
Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, including food safety and hygiene standards.
Vendors agree to pay the platform subscription fee on time.
Deliveries are handled by vendors directly or their chosen delivery partners.
Hizego is not liable for delays, damages, or service issues arising during delivery.
Refunds are available only under certain circumstances, such as order not delivered, canceled by vendor, duplicate transaction, or damaged/expired food.
Refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days and credited to your Hizego Wallet/Credit Balance within 24 hours or to your bank account within 3–7 working days, depending on the payment method.
Users shall not misuse the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
Vendors shall not list prohibited items or misrepresent products.
Any violation may result in suspension or termination of accounts.
Hizego is a technology platform and is not responsible for:
Food preparation or quality.
Delays, damages, or issues in delivery.
Misrepresentation by vendors.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
All logos, trademarks, and content on the Platform are owned by Hizego.
You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.
We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined.
Hizego reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
Vendors and users may deactivate their accounts at any time after clearing dues.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, Kerala.
Hizego may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
